The private wealth specialist will be responsible for managing HNI client relationships and providing customized investment solutions to meet their needs.
• New client acquisition is a key area, creating a value addition pool with concrete establishment of relationship channel is something which is highly essential and expected to be achieved by the candidate.
• The investment specialist will work in close coordination with the leadership team to ensure efficient service delivery

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, MBA in Finance or a related field (preferably passed with distinction or first class)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial product distribution preferred. Freshers can also apply.
• NISM VA certification mandatory, NISM XA & XB / CFP is preferred.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
• Understanding and speaking fluently in Marathi, Hindi and Gujrati will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle ultra HNI clients and guiding them on their investment portfolios (on job induction training will be provided).
• Strong understanding of financial products, equity markets and fixed income securities.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
• Target oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
