Job Description:

  • Should be able to intercat and close the deal with customer, have good connect with brokers, Pleasant personality, Understand clients’ needs and propose solutions that suit them.Sell upcoming and new residential and commercial properties, nsure achievement of maximum revenue targets in the commercial and residential segment for upcoming and newly launched projects
  • Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value, lead followups and coordination with central team on tracking 
  • Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
