Predictive
and preventive Maintenance:

| - Supports Section Head in developing strategic electrical plans
by studying operational plans; studying existing conditions; determining
needs to accomplish operational plans; mapping solutions; updating and
modifying requirements and solutions. |
| - Provide support to Supervisors, Maintenance team members, and
Operations to plan, procure and document activities for the enhancement of
electrical and instrumentation maintenance within the facility |
| -
Supervise the installation, commissioning or
modification of machinery, systems, or equipment as instructed by the
function head |
| -
Conducting audits and adjustments per original
equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications along with the functional
head |

Prepare preventative maintenance schedules and
programs for ratification by the function head and implement the same under
his guidance
Trouble
Shooting:

| -
Carry out diagnosis and perform replacement on
diagnosed faulty electrical and electronic elements of machine including
motors, relays, switches. |

Providing technical support related to PLC logic
monitoring and modifications as per process requirement.
Interface
with Internal and External Stakeholder:

| - Work closely with production and mechanical
maintenance teams to ensure minimum downtime due to machinery failure |
| -
Work closely with the Safety Manager to insure
compliance with government regulations and maintain a safe, healthy work
environment |
| -
Manage the functional role in absence of the
functional head |
| -
Align with OEM service team for operational issues
rectification and modification. |
