Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Business Systems & Automation to lead the setup, optimization, and automation of business systems across the organization. This role involves working closely with the MIS team to enhance and maintain ERP and MIS platforms, driving digital transformation, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in system implementation, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: 
Lead the design, development, and deployment of new business systems and automation solutions. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop automated workflows to enhance productivity. 
Work closely with the MIS team to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting through ERP and MIS systems. 
Evaluate existing ERP and MIS systems; recommend and implement enhancements to improve usability, performance, and business alignment. 
Standardize data management practices and ensure system data integrity, consistency, and security. 
Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and IT service providers to support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and training. 
Oversee end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools. 
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of automation and suggest continuous improvements.

Skills:

Qualifications and Skills: 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 
2–3 years of experience in business systems implementation, process automation, or ERP/MIS management. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
Excellent project management and communication skills. 
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
Knowledge of database systems, reporting tools and scripting languages is a plus.
