? Education: Graduation in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM is a plus.
? Experience: 1–5 years in relationship management within broking, wealth
management, banks, or NBFCs; exposure to Demat, MF, insurance, and lending
products.
? Certifications:
o Essential: NISM Series VIII (Mutual Funds) Certification; NISM Series VaP (Pro)
or equivalent certifications are a plus.
o Desired: AMFI certification, CWM/CFP, or equivalent financial planning
credentials.
? Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Demat operations, equity markets, mutual funds,
insurance products, and retail lending.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
o Demonstrated negotiation, closing, and client service capabilities.
o Proficient with CRM software, MS Office; familiarity with trading platforms
and back-office systems.
o Analytical mindset with ability to interpret statements and performance
metrics.
