Job Description :

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients across Demat services, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loans. The RM will be the primary point of contact, providing financial guidance, onboarding new clients, validating KYC/compliance, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding -Identify and pursue new client leads; convert prospects into active clients. -Facilitate seamless onboarding for Demat accounts, MF investments, insurance products, and loan facilities. -Collect and verify KYC documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Management -Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. -Act as the single point of contact for portfolio inquiries, execution support, and service requests. -Conduct regular portfolio reviews and advisory conversations aligned with client goals.
  • Product & Service Expertise -Provide in-depth knowledge of Demat operations, equity trading, MF schemes, insurance products, and loan options. -Recommend suitable solutions based on client risk profiles, goals, and liquidity needs. -Stay updated on market trends, product changes, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Execution & Operations Support -Assist clients with trade placements, order routing, settlement status, and corporate actions related to Demat and MF activities. Coordinate with back-office to ensure accurate and timely processing. -Handle loan disbursement, EMI scheduling, and collateral documentation as applicable.
  • Compliance & Risk Management -Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, AMFI, and other regulatory standards. -Maintain accurate client records, disclosures, and consent forms. -Identify and mitigate potential conflicts of interest; escalate high-risk cases.
  • Client Education & Engagement -Organize and participate in client seminars, webcasts, and one-on-one sessions. -Provide educational content on investment strategies, risk management, and product features.
  • Performance & Reporting -Achieve defined sales and revenue targets across Demat, MF, Insurance, and Loans. -Prepare and present client-level business reports, pipelines, and forecasts.

Skills :

? Education: Graduation in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM is a plus.
? Experience: 1–5 years in relationship management within broking, wealth
management, banks, or NBFCs; exposure to Demat, MF, insurance, and lending
products.
? Certifications:
o Essential: NISM Series VIII (Mutual Funds) Certification; NISM Series VaP (Pro)
or equivalent certifications are a plus.
o Desired: AMFI certification, CWM/CFP, or equivalent financial planning
credentials.
? Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Demat operations, equity markets, mutual funds,
insurance products, and retail lending.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
o Demonstrated negotiation, closing, and client service capabilities.
o Proficient with CRM software, MS Office; familiarity with trading platforms
and back-office systems.
o Analytical mindset with ability to interpret statements and performance
metrics.
