We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service at our Ghitorni showroom. The candidate will also coordinate with interior designers, builders, and clients for furniture planning and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete store operations and daily showroom activities
Achieve monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound sales
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and builders
Conduct customer site visits for reiki and measurement related to furniture placement
Provide product demonstrations and consultation to clients
Monitor inventory, prevent retail losses, and maintain stock accuracy
Ensure proper store presentation and visual merchandising
Prepare sales and performance reports
Required Skills
Skills:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management
Experience in furniture, home furnishing, or the interior industry is preferred
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
