Job Description:

Techno Commercial Executive The Techno Commercial Executive acts as a key link between potential customers, the sales team, and the design/technical departments. This role involves understanding client requirements, interpreting them for internal teams, ensuring accurate communication of technical feasibility, and supporting the business development process from enquiry to proposal.

Key Responsibilities
 1. Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering 
• Engage with potential customers to understand technical and commercial project requirements.
 • Interpret architectural, structural, and operational needs of the client and communicate them effectively to design and estimation teams. 
• Provide preliminary guidance to customers regarding precast systems, basic technical feasibility, and advantages of precast solutions.
 2. Sales Coordination & Proposal Development 
• Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals, concept presentations, and pre-bid clarifications.
 • Collaborate with estimation engineers to develop accurate quotations and BOQs based on client inputs. 
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions as required. 
3. Design & Technical Liaison 
• Coordinate with the design and detailing team to ensure client requirements are translated into appropriate technical drawings and proposals. • Track design submissions and manage iterations or revisions based on client feedback. 
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal design standards.
4. Documentation & Follow-ups • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for each enquiry, including communications, requirement logs, and versions of technical proposals. • Assist in post-submission follow-ups, clarifications, and modifications based on customer or internal feedback. 
5. Process Improvement & Communication • Identify gaps in communication or process flow between departments and contribute to improving coordination practices.
 • Serve as the communication hub during the enquiry and proposal phase, ensuring smooth handoffs and minimal delays. 

Skills:

Professional Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following professional assets: • Education o Degree Level: Bachelors o Field of Study: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
 • Previous Experience: 5+ years in a similar techno-commercial or presales role in the construction or precast industry.
 • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, strong understanding of precast construction practices, basic estimation principles, excellent interpersonal skills. We are willing to train people in these areas if the candidate is otherwise qualified:
