Job Preference:

Functional and Skill Requirements - 

1. Experience: 
  •  1-4 years in wealth management, private banking, family office, or financial advisory, with a proven track record of managing UHNI clients.
2. Education: 
  • Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
3. Technical Proficiency: 
  • Deep understanding of financial products (equities, fixed income, alternatives, structured products, etc.), regulatory frameworks, and taxation.
4. Communication & Presence: 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • High emotional intelligence, listening skills, and gravitas suitable for engaging HNI personalities.
5. Client-Centric Mindset: 
  • A natural passion for delivering an impeccable client experience. 
  • Discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive financial and personal matters.
6. Relationship Building: 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust quickly. 
  • Experience handling multigenerational wealth and legacy planning is a plus.

Job Responsibilities: 

We are seeking a highly articulate, financially savvy, and relationship-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow our UHNI client relationships. This role demands a balance of deep product knowledge, refined communication, and an unwavering focus on creating a superior client experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions, proactive advice, and white-glove service at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities –

• Relationship Management: 
  • Act as the principal liaison for a select portfolio of Ultra HNI clients. 
  • Develop and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships. 
  • Understand each client’s unique financial objectives, family structures, and lifestyle preferences.
• Client Experience & Communication: 
  • Deliver a consistently premium client experience. 
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with emotional intelligence in all interactions. 
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns, queries, and opportunities.

• Advisory & Knowledge Leadership: 
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on wealth management products, financial markets, estate planning, tax structures, and alternative investments. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to offer tailored investment and financial solutions. 
  • Educate clients through insightful updates, market commentaries, and bespoke financial reviews.

• Client Onboarding & Reviews: 
  • Oversee seamless onboarding of new clients with a personalized welcome experience. 
  • Conduct periodic portfolio and strategy reviews, ensuring alignment with evolving client goals.
• Business Growth: 
  • Develop referrals organically by exceeding client expectations and fostering advocacy.
