Job Description:
- Configure and maintain
multiple JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, settings, users, permissions,
and reports.

Work with JIRA/Confluence filters, reporting, dashboards,
workflows, fields, and JIRA administration on Cloud instance or Datacenter
edition on AWS Cloud.
·
Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure
compatibility.
- Able to demonstrate experience
supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis.
- Familiar with Agile and Kanban
development frameworks and project management
·
Improve JIRA security. Set access permissions for JIRA projects
and Confluence spaces.
·
Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types
in JIRA.
·
Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use
Atlassian tools
·
In-depth knowledge and experience with day-to-day JIRA
administration functionality
- Ad-Hoc report creation
and distribution
- Can work independently with minimal
guidance & oversight.
- Required Technical Expertise:
- 4 - 5 years' experience managing and
configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira
Automation, Confluence)
- Experience with Cloud Instance
- Experience with Atlassian Market place
add-ons such as Qmetry Automated Test Suite and Script Runner
- Demonstrated proficiency with scripting
and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
- Experience with
Confluence-to-Confluence and Jira-to-Jira migrations
- Preferred Technical Experience:
- Experience automating manual tasks
- Experience with Agile processes and
other tools in the space (ADO)
- Experience with identity management,
SSO, and license management
