Z-3055 | JIRA ADMIN

* General Shift Hours

• Configure and maintain multiple JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, settings, users, permissions, and reports.

·        Work with JIRA/Confluence filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and JIRA administration on Cloud instance or Datacenter edition on AWS Cloud.

·        Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility.

• Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis.
• Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management

·        Improve JIRA security. Set access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces.

·        Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA.

·        Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools

·        In-depth knowledge and experience with day-to-day JIRA administration functionality

• Ad-Hoc report creation and distribution
• Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight.
• Required Technical Expertise:
• 4 - 5 years' experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation, Confluence)
• Experience with Cloud Instance
• Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Qmetry Automated Test Suite and Script Runner
• Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
• Experience with Confluence-to-Confluence and Jira-to-Jira migrations
• Preferred Technical Experience:
• Experience automating manual tasks
• Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (ADO)
• Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
