Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can build and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate business and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end AI automation workflows
• Identify repetitive processes and automate them using AI
• Integrate CRM, email, databases and other business tools
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows
• Collaborate with the Operations team to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

Ideal candidate: A hands-on problem solver who can turn a manual business process into a reliable AI-powered automated workflow.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Make.com and n8n
• Strong knowledge of Claude Cowork, Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex
• Experience with AI automation, AI agents and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, JSON and third-party integrations
• Basic JavaScript/Python knowledge is an advantage
• Experience integrating tools like Gmail, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and other SaaS platforms
