Key Responsibilities:
? Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading, broking or fintech products.
? Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
? Coordinate with development and UI/UX teams for product implementation and enhancements.
? Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch. ? Conduct market research and competitor analysis for stock market and fintech products.
? Work on features related to trading platforms, back-office systems, portfolio management, mutual funds, APIs, and mobile/web applications.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEBI, NSE, and BSE guidelines.
? Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and analytics to improve user experience.
? Collaborate with QA and support teams for smooth product releases.
? Prepare product documentation, BRDs, user stories, and release notes.
Skills:
Required Skills:
? Strong understanding of Stock Market, Trading, Demat, Broking Operations, and Investment Products.
? Experience working with Trading Platforms, OMS/RMS, Back Office, or Wealth Management products.
? Knowledge of Agile / Jira / Scrum methodologies.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Experience with fintech or broking applications is preferred.
