progress across machining, assembly, testing, and
finishing stages. |
| Plan and control machine
loading, manpower allocation, and shift schedules. |
| Handle order
prioritization, rescheduling, and expediting in
case of delays. |
| Maintain and analyze production
MIS, daily/weekly/monthly reports. |
| Support continuous
improvement initiatives related to cycle time
reduction, productivity, and on-time delivery. |
| Coordinate with quality
and inspection teams for testing, certification,
and dispatch readiness. |
