Job Preference :

Proven track record of at least 3 years in performance marketing and lead generation roles, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.

4. Strong understanding of import and export processes, as well as finance.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make datadriven decisions.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

8. Having a basic idea of SEO implementation is a plus.

9. Self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of industry trend and best practices. 10. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

 

Job Description :

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition across various digital channels including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 2. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify key demographics, behaviours, and interests to target effectively.

3. Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversion and user experience.

4. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

5. Analyse campaign performance data and metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and lead generation.
