We off er unique heritage experiences of the city in open jeeps, e-Victorias, cars and on foot, hosted by friendly and knowledgeable residents who undergo an intensive training programme to become Ambassadors of Mumbai. Our portfolio at present includes private tours, group tours, specially-curated tours for MTDC and other institutions, public walks for Mumbai residents in more than 50 city areas, and domestic and international tours to heritage sites and destinations. Research is on for many more private, group, public and international offerings.
Company is on an aggressive growth path. Last year, we hosted more than 20,000 people on our walks and tours. This year, we expect the number to increase even further. We are looking for an efficient Accounts & Administration person who can scale up the backend processes in our search for growth.
Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for:
Accounts (50%)
Accounting (familiarity with Tally, Zoho is needed)
Billing and invoicing
Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet
Calculation and fi ling of GST & TCS
PF payment
Payroll and bank fund transfers
Liaising with auditors, CS fi rm for audits and annual fi lings
Preparing MIS for the management
Administration (20%)
Ensuring that the offi ce and the various assets are maintained well.
Human Resources Management (20%)
Recruitment
Performance tracking
Training Coordination
Legal Coordination (10%)
Coordinating with the legal advisors when required

Candidate Requirement:
Education: Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Relevant experience (Min 4 years) in preferably the travel industry.
Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
Interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead a team and work closely with them to deliver results
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with result-oriented actions (we are a startup!)
Takes ownership of the business and is able to priorities accordingly
