Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead our real estate sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the real estate industry and expertise in identifying and securing high-quality properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing:

    - Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors and buyers

    - Schedule site visits for channel partners and potential buyers

    - Negotiate deal terms and conditions

- Market Research:

    - Conduct market research and analysis

    - Stay updated on industry trends, market trends and competitors

    - Provide insights to support business decisions and sales strategy

Deal Closure:

    - Manage the deal closure process

    - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

    - Ensure timely and efficient transaction execution

Skills:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

- 6-9 years of experience in real estate sourcing or related field

- Strong network in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of securing high-quality properties

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role in a real estate company

- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
