Position: General Corporate Transaction Lawyer
Role & responsibilities
1.Drafting, negotiating, preparing, vetting, and reviewing terms of various complex business, non-commercial and commercial contracts, including but not limited to transaction documents, NDAs, MOU, Lease Agreement, Employment Agreements, etc. and making sure that they are compliant and aligned with the interests of the client Company.
2.Participate in and effectively manage negotiations and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal/external stakeholders.
3.Research and drafting for legal and other matters, creating workflows, playbooks and trackers to improve team processes. Taking seminars and giving lectures.
4.Providing critical advisory support to the Board of Directors / Founders of the client Company and publishing of contents on the social media.
5.Drafting essential legal communications in response to Notices, Queries and Statutory Communications.
6.Assisting with such other tasks, including administrative tasks, conducting extensive legal research, and presenting summaries and legal implications to resolve legal issues effectively.

Qualification
1.Law Degree from a well-known law school
2.2-4 years of experience as a Transaction Lawyer.
3.Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, & Commercial/business terms
4.Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
6.Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents.
7.Experience in Legal/Financial/ Secretarial Due Diligence is preferred
