Job Description :

  • Managing social media and content calendars
  • Planning and executing campaigns, café activations, and collaborations
  • Supporting new product launches and community-building initiatives
  • Handling on-ground events, experiences, and creator collaborations
  • Ensuring premium, minimal, origin-led storytelling across all touchpoints

  • Comfortable with small budgets and rapid experimentation

  • Hands-on with events, experiences, and shoots

  • Lead marketing around festivals, campaigns, collaborations, and new launches
  • Update website/digital content as needed
  • Coordinate with creators and designers (internal/external)
  • Support and execute events, pop-ups, and experiences
  • Drive community-building and customer engagement programs
Track monthly marketing performance and insights.

Experience: 2–6 years in any of the following:

  • F&B / Hospitality brands
  • D2C consumer brands
  • Boutique creative agencies
  • Startup marketing
  • Hospitality event/experience marketing

Skills:

  • Strong social media and content understanding
  • Strong copywriting ability (clean, simple, premium tone)
  • Basic editing/shooting skills
  • Strong aesthetic and sensory brand alignment
  • Ability to work on-ground and manage activations
  • Comfortable coordinating across teams and external partners
