  • Preferred  minimum 5+ years of experience in Treasury of BFSI Industry having handled end to end Lender / Investor relationships
  • Sound Knowledge of financial analysis and reading of financial statements
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Looking for candidates from MFI or NBFC Industry

Job Description:

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To raise the necessary funds as per Annual Business plan of the company and also to develop, manage and retain relationships with Lenders / Investors across various Loan product / Investment classes and ensure that the Lender / Investor requirements are met to the satisfaction of the Lender / Investor . This position is
responsible for representing organisation to the Lender / Investor community and acts as an interface between the two.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Lender / Investor Relationship:
Identify, establish, maintain and retain relationship with
investors across various Loan Products / investment classes
2) Fund Raising:
Develop a long-term fundraising strategy and approach
targeting a wide range of potential sources aligned with the long-term strategy of the company
Preparation of standard data Information packs to be circulated to lenders/ Investors at the time of a processing a proposal.
Coordinating with various departments in the company to collate data and present in a suitable format to the lenders/ Investors
Addressing queries of lenders/Investors and promptly providing further data as required. Following up till the culmination of transaction
Monitoring and compliance of covenants agreed with
Lenders/Investors

3) Communication:
Efficient communication - able to articulate well. Should
be able to represent the organization effectively acting as an ambassador of the organization.
Proficiency to communicate in English is a must. Good
communication skills in Hindi preferable
