Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated person to join our team and contribute to our GST-related matters, specifically focusing on GST compliances and handling GST litigation matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's adherence to GST regulations and providing expertise in managing any litigation matters that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and others, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
• Verify the accuracy of data and information related to GST transactions, input tax credits, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor changes in GST laws, rules, and regulations, and ensure the organization's compliance with new requirements.
• Handling GST Assessment and Scrutiny Notices
• Assist in preparing for GST audits and assessments by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Provide support in managing GST-related litigation matters, including drafting responses, appeals, and petitions.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide guidance and training on GST-related matters, ensuring cross-functional understanding of compliance requirements.
