Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export documents based.
• Coordinate closely with the Logistics Freight Forward agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with accounts for payment status & other purposes related to Invoicing plus following with customers for timely payments.
• Coordinate and liaise with Exporters, Forwarders and Shipping lines to ensure smooth cargo operations.
• To share daily operations status report.
• Checking Checklist, Bill of Lading, AWB
• Maintain all the documentation of each shipment in google drive, high responsibility task.
• Manage export related Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence.
• To find solutions + seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational + strategic goals.
• Any other relevant duties or responsibilities that may be assigned time to time.
• Exports Logistics Operations-Organize export clearance and liaison with clearing agent and freight forwarders. Handling Export Pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation. Work closely with planning, packing, dispatch, freight forwarder to achieve timely dispatch of shipments. Customs Compliance
