Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation & Target Achievement: Actively source new customers for LAP products through open markets, networking, and referrals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
2. Customer Engagement & Counseling: Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, explain loan products, understand financial requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
3. Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and submit necessary financial and property documents for loan processing.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers,  and stakeholders to encourage referrals and repeat business.
5. Coordination & Compliance: Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements while complying with company policies and regulations.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to identify new business opportunities.
7. Reporting: Maintain and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management
