    Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

·       6-7 years in inside sales/technical sales in valve/industrial product manufacturing industry.

·       Strong technical knowledge of industrial valves, piping systems, and related standards.

·       Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and Google sheets.

·       Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Job Description:

·       Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, online portals) and provide timely responses.

·       Understand customer requirements, select suitable valves/products, and prepare accurate techno-commercial offers.

·       Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to validate product feasibility and lead times.

·       Follow up on quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert inquiries into sales orders.

·       Support the external sales team with technical documentation, drawings, and proposal support.

·       Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, offers, and order status in CRM/ERP system.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.

·       Ensure timely order processing, documentation, and coordination with logistics for dispatches.
