Our client is a fast-growing data-tech company specializing in Analytics, GIS, Automation, and AIML. We partner with global clients to deliver innovative, scalable, and impactful solutions across industries. To further expand our reach and strengthen our client base, we are looking for a motivated Business Development professional who can drive growth on freelancing platforms and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
? Actively search, identify, and bid on relevant IT/data-tech projects on Upwork.
? Write customized and persuasive proposals tailored to the client's needs.
? Manage chats, video calls, and negotiations with international clients.
? Collaborate with technical teams to scope requirements and prepare estimates.
? Follow up consistently and close deals to achieve weekly/monthly targets.
? Maintain an organized record of bids, follow-ups, and conversions.
? Track emerging trends in freelancing platforms, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks.
Skills:
Qualification & Requirements: ? Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Upwork bidding for IT/data-tech projects.
? Knowledge of IT services, including Web Development, Data Analytics, SaaS solutions, GIS/Location
Intelligence, and Data Automation.
? Familiarity with additional platforms like Fiverr, Gumroad, Freelancer, and Truelancer is a plus.
? Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
? Proven ability to write high-quality proposals that attract client responses.
? Basic understanding of project pricing and negotiation.
? Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
