Job Profile and Responsibilities
? Oversee HR activities for over 200 employees across unskilled, semi-skilled and
skilled qualifications
? Source candidates through recruitment agencies and online portals on job
vacancies at the company’s manufacturing facilities
? Shortlist CVs and conduct first-round interviews with candidates
? Maintain employee documentation across the lifecycle from joining to F&F
? Coordinating between Employee & PF Consultant.
? Oversee record-keeping of attendance and leave management for payroll
? Coordinate with internal teams to organize training programs for new employees
? Organize quarterly/annual performance reviews and setting performance targets
