The mentioned compensation is CTC, which is inclusive of variable incentive, joining bonus and other components.
Normal office timings are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
We have alternate Saturdays working (1st & 3rd Saturdays are working Saturday and 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)

IIT Bombay incubated Clean-Tech start-up working in all critical verticals of environmental engineering such as water, wastewater, air, solid waste management, pollution load assessments, load carrying capacity studies, climate change, carbon studies, noise and natural treatment systems. The company provides well researched, tailor-made & techno- feasible sustainable environmental solutions as well as patented nature based products to industries & government organizations. Founded in June 2016. We have a team of 60+ competent employees from different NITs and IITs. Since our inception we completed over 200 projects with different government organizations and private bodies. We have also completed around 300 implementations of our IP products in Water & Wastewater domain.- The role requires taking ownership for establishing new technology product in the market in environmental domain, especially in water and wastewater treatment areas
- Excellent networking to build reliable connects in the market
- Relationship management especially with government bodies
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Create awareness about EMERGY and its patented products in green technology space through various marketing campaigns
- Create audience segments and develop marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create awareness about EMERGY as a brand and its products (especially amongst government bodies like municipal corporations, councils etc.)
- Execution of Demand Generation Tactics and Lead Conversion Principles applicable for B2B and B2G business modalities
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Post lead conversion, prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Keep organised records of business development metrics
- Develop and groom juniors
