Job Description :

We are an embedded finance platform for the Healthcare Industry. We facilitate Medical loans at 0% interest at over 10000 centers.
After a very successful pilot, we are now in the process of scaling up our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and RFx (Receivable Financing Platform) for large hospitals.

For this scaleup we need energetic insurance professionals who would like to work and grow in a fast paced environment.

DESCRIPTION

1. Hospital visits for empanelment and activation on the Company's Platform.
2. Coordination for agreement closure and rates negotiations with the Hospital.
3. Maintaining good relationships with hospitals in his/her region
4. Expansion of territory and scaling up the area with new business development.
5. Coordination with hospitals for business and follow-up whenever required.
6. Constant touch with hospitals through visits and calls as per guidelines framed, tracking, maintaining the record, and reporting to RO/HO
7. Coordination with Hospitals for collection of claims documents and other documents connected to claims whenever required
8. Close watch on outstanding claims of his/her region and coordination with the claims/ Operation team wherever required
9. Monitoring submission of claims timelines and follow up with hospitals and backend for timely submission of claims and query responses.
10. Effectively communicate new product and service features and benefits to the prospective ecosystem partner.
