Strategic Market Penetration: Design and execute a laser-focused market entry & expansion strategy for the designated regions. Go beyond lead generation to building dominant market share.· Leverage & Expand Elite Networks: Utilise your existing, deep-rooted relationships to secure
large-scale, multi-season orders. Target clients must include, but are not limited to:
· Fast Fashion & High-Street Giants: Inditex (Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti), H&M Group, Primark,
Next, Mango, C&A, Uniqlo, Forever 21, Gap Inc., Target, M&S.
· Department Stores & e-Commerce: Nordstrom, Selfridges, Myntra, Zalando, ASOS, Boohoo.
· Premium & Luxury Designers: Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Ralph Lauren, PVH (Calvin Klein, Tommy
Hilfiger), Michael Kors, BOSS.
· Deal Orchestration: Own the entire business cycle—from initial concept pitching and
negotiation of master service agreements to overseeing smooth onboarding and strategic
account management.
· Market Intelligence Leadership: Act as the company’s eyes and ears, providing insights on
competitor moves of Indian and global competitors) and emerging trends in pricing, fabric, and
design.
· Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Konception Designs as a thought leader at premier global
forums like Première Vision, Texworld, and Magic Show.
· Connect with manufacturing base around the world; Hands on knowledge of managing
operations is a plus.
Skills:
We are targeting professionals who are currently driving revenue for major export houses or buying agencies and are ready for their legacy-defining role. · You have 10-15 years of demonstrable success in business development, key account
management, or strategic sales within the garment export sector, specifically with a focus on
woven and knitted women’s western wear.
· You possess a verifiable Rolodex of decision-makers (Sourcing Heads, VP Procurement, Brand
Directors) at the aforementioned global brands. References and a track record of closed deals will
be scrutinized.
· Your professional pedigree likely includes tenure at renowned Indian export powerhouses such
as Large-Scale Exporters, Premium Buying Houses and Sourcing Giants.
· You understand the complete anatomy of a garment order—from tech pack and sampling to
costing, compliance (SLCP, BCI, GOTS), production planning, and logistics.
· You are a polished communicator, a strong negotiator, and a strategic relationship builder who
can navigate both the creative demands of a designer and the logistical rigor of a sourcing head.
