Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk, including handling couriers and attending calls
  • Overseeing general administrative duties
  • Drafting independent replies and communication in English
  • Maintaining the First Aid Box and ensuring all items are up to date
  • Preparing and maintaining muster registers for employees, office boys, and housekeeping staff
  • Greeting and welcoming guests, ensuring a professional and courteous experience
  • Managing visitors and coordinating their needs
  • Preparing marine and container insurance policies and handling monthly reports
