Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute social media marketing activities across platforms (LinkedIn,
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts in alignment with the monthly content
calendar
• Write creative ad copies, captions, and thought-leadership content relevant to the
finance and consulting domain
• Script, coordinate, and assist in short-form video content creation (Reels, Shorts)
including basic editing and visual optimization
• Conduct Online Reputation Management (ORM) – monitor brand mentions,
competitor activities, and analyze brand voice
• Collaborate cross-departmentally (design, product, advisory, HR) for campaign
alignment and consistency
• Support in Employer Branding initiatives to build internal and external brand
advocacy
• Assist in app marketing campaigns (bonus responsibility)
Skills:
Desired Skills & Qualities • Graduate in BBA (Marketing), Mass Media, or equivalent field; marketing
certifications are a plus
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience
engagement
• Research-oriented, analytical thinker with an “Ask More – Learn It All” mindset
• Tech-savvy and AI-enthusiast with an interest in experimenting with new marketing
tools
• Comfortable working in a startup ecosystem, adaptable to new challenges, and
proactive in execution
• Excellent communication, creativity, and coordination skills
