Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute social media marketing activities across platforms (LinkedIn,
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts in alignment with the monthly content
calendar
• Write creative ad copies, captions, and thought-leadership content relevant to the
finance and consulting domain
• Script, coordinate, and assist in short-form video content creation (Reels, Shorts)
including basic editing and visual optimization
• Conduct Online Reputation Management (ORM) – monitor brand mentions,
competitor activities, and analyze brand voice
• Collaborate cross-departmentally (design, product, advisory, HR) for campaign
alignment and consistency
• Support in Employer Branding initiatives to build internal and external brand
advocacy
• Assist in app marketing campaigns (bonus responsibility)
