Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Manager with 5 to 7
years of experience to lead presales initiatives, manage client engagements, drive
opportunity closures, and ensure post-sale satisfaction. This hybrid role requires a
strong understanding of solutioning, stakeholder communication, and delivery
alignment, with the ability to work across sales, delivery, and customer success
functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales & Solutioning
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft
compelling solutions.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, solution architectures, capability decks, and
SoWs.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs with high-quality documentation and solution alignment.
Deliver engaging demos and proof-of-concept sessions with technical and business
users.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients throughout the sales and
early delivery lifecycle.
Conduct discovery sessions, understand pain points, and map needs to offerings.
Maintain regular communication with customers to track satisfaction and gather
feedback.
Opportunity Closure
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to finalize commercial terms and ensure
proposal alignment with client expectations.
Drive negotiations to close deals and transition the client to the delivery phase
smoothly.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts and commercials are in
place.
Delivery Oversight & Customer Success
Serve as the primary customer point of contact during onboarding and initial project
phases.
Ensure the delivery team is aligned with client expectations and contractual
obligations.
Monitor project milestones and resolve escalations in collaboration with the delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or
related field.
5–7 years of presales and customer-facing experience in IT services, SaaS, digital
transformation, or similar domains.
Strong understanding of enterprise solutions (cloud, web/mobile apps, automation,
AI/ML is a plus).
Proven experience in managing customer relationships and closing deals.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
