Job Preference:

  • Age Limit : 30-38 years.
  • At least 8-10 years of current experience in real estate preferably from a good developer (Category A or max B).
  • MBA with majors in marketing from a reputed institute.
  • Person who has sound understanding of real estate’s key terminologies, definitions, basic RERA guidelines related to project that are used in day to day working.
  • Fair understanding of current projects in terms of inventory, pricing, offers and key financials of project
  • In depth understanding of marketing concepts. Good understanding of marketing mediums - ATL, BTL, Digital, events.

Qualification:

Any Post Graduate, MBA

Job Description:

  • Budget management.
  • Agency and vendor coordination/management.
  • Brand management. Has good understanding of creative and communication. Liaison with creative agency for all type of marketing collaterals including brochures, Op doc, standees etc.
  • In depth understanding of branding material used, its quality execution and so on.
  • Analytical mind – walkin, leads, booking analysis – customer profiling, segmentation, targeting etc.
  • Lead and walk-in generation through 360 degree marketing activities.
  • Suggest strategies to push sales and accordingly do campaign planning and execution.
  • Customer experience & Site experience management.
  • Call center training, quality audit, pitch etc.
  • Work very closely with sales team on ground, understand challenges in project sales, collect market intel, map consumer expectations and provide insights to management.
  • Regular competition visit, mapping, analysis, present reports and insights to management.
  • Good Microsoft excel, power point, word skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ensure very good command of English.
  • Comfortable with travelling – (extremely important).
  • A team player, work closely with sales, design, engineering, CRM, estates, finance.
