• Act as the point of contact for the Director among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Managing complex internal/external meetings, preparing Agendas, taking minutes, follow up actions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Manage Director's calendar and set up meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls to the Director. 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Willing to work late.
