Digital Marketing
- Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborates with internal teams/ management to create new content to create presence in market
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Calling to customers/ Developer to onboard or Fix meetings
HR and Admin
- Recruitment of Employees as per company requirement and issuance of offer letters/ Contract letters to selected candidates
- Onboarding of new employees and completion of induction and orientation of Employees
- Process monthly salary for each employee
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
