Digital Marketing 

• Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
• Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborates with internal teams/ management to create new content to create presence in market 
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates emerging technologies.
• Calling to customers/ Developer to onboard or Fix meetings 

HR and Admin 

• Recruitment of Employees as per company requirement and issuance of offer letters/ Contract letters to selected candidates
• Onboarding of new employees and completion of induction and orientation of Employees  
• Process monthly salary for each employee       
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Revise company policies
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
