Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement account plans for key clients to ensure retention, growth and cross-selling across the portfolio, with emphasis on Dairy cultures, Emulsifiers, Whey proteins, Natural antioxidants.
• Business Development & Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities in sports nutrition, and functional foods; build and maintain a commercial pipeline.
• P&L Ownership: Manage revenue and profitability for the assigned product portfolio and geography; use data to drive pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Client Solutioning: Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design and present application-focused solutions (proteins, emulsifiers, stabilizers, flavours, antioxidants).
• Negotiation & Contracts: Lead commercial negotiations and prepare pricing / contract proposals for strategic accounts.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage order cycles, and report on KPIs and market trends.
• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with converters, brand owners, co-packers and distributors; represent Chemvera at customer meetings and industry events.
Skills:
Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Food Science or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–3 years in B2B sales, key account management or business development within food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or pharma ingredients. Experience with dairy/protein ingredients (WPC/WPI) is a strong advantage.
• Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability; sound financial acumen (P&L, pricing); excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills; ability to translate technical product benefits into commercial value.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and communicating technical applications and regulatory basics for proteins, emulsifiers, flavours and related specialty ingredients.
• Other: Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative; proficiency in MS Office; excellent English communication skills.
