Job Description

Responsible to make out bound calls to the customers from provided database and tele calling script.

Briefing to the customers about product and services, plans and its benefits and providing them the solutions as per the customer needs.

Scheduling interested customer’s appointment with the business/relationship manager.

Communicating and co-ordination with the relationship manager for smooth closure of the lead.

Achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

Fresher with Excellent Communication skills
