Job Description:
#### Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets for the real estate projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial data.
- Support senior accountants and finance team in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Provide financial information and reports to management for decision-making purposes.
