Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Secretarial Compliance to support the organization in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in company secretarial functions, corporate filings, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, applicable rules, and other corporate laws.
  • Prepare and file various statutory forms, returns, and documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and company documents.
  • Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities for compliance-related matters.
  • Support secretarial due diligence, audits, and inspections.
  • Assist in drafting corporate documents, resolutions, agreements, and other secretarial records.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and safekeeping of corporate records and compliance documentation.
  • Keep track of changes in regulatory requirements and support implementation of necessary compliance measures.

Skills:

  • Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Secretarial Compliance and Corporate Compliance functions.
  • Prior experience in handling statutory filings and corporate secretarial activities.
  • Candidates residing in or near Goregaon East, Mumbai will be preferred due to the location and ease of commuting.
