| Regulatory Filings & Compliance: - Ensure accurate and timely submission of all regulatory returns to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) . - Maintain a comprehensive calendar for all regulatory filings and compliance deadlines, ensuring zero delays or lapses. - Review and validate data inputs from internal departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in submissions. Regulatory Tracking & Updates: - Monitor updates, circulars, notifications, and guidelines issued by the RBI. - Assess the impact of new regulatory requirements on existing processes and workflows. - Communicate regulatory changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure their timely implementation. Process Development & Governance: - Develop and maintain robust processes for data collection, validation, and filing to meet regulatory requirements. - Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and minimize errors in submissions. - Prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to regulatory filings and compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Liaise with internal teams, including finance, risk, operations, and IT, to gather required information for regulatory filings. - Provide senior management with regular updates on regulatory filings, upcoming deadlines, and compliance risks. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare periodic compliance reports and dashboards for management review. - Analyze trends and insights from regulatory filings to identify areas of improvement in reporting processes. - Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all regulatory submissions and related correspondences. |
