Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Head – Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for a premium residential project at NIBM. The candidate will be responsible for driving site sales, managing walk-ins, handling channel partners, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales activities for the residential project site.
  • Manage and supervise the on-site sales team.
  • Generate and convert leads through direct sales, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and market feedback for management.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth documentation and collections.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Skills:

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site sales and channel sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Target-driven with strong closing ability.
  • Familiarity with NIBM and Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
