Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Head – Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for a premium residential project at NIBM. The candidate will be responsible for driving site sales, managing walk-ins, handling channel partners, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales activities for the residential project site.
- Manage and supervise the on-site sales team.
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and market feedback for management.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth documentation and collections.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Skills:
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of site sales and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Target-driven with strong closing ability.
- Familiarity with NIBM and Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
