Handle the profile from lead to closure. Identifying a potential prospect as a lead. Understanding the prospect needs and providing the best solution to meet their business requirements. Point of contact for any escalations and maintaining fruitful relationships with the existing clients
Job Responsibilities
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Conduct Online/Onsite Product Demonstration with the prospects
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays to the prospects
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Maintaining Sales Presentation with the Higher Management on weekly or monthly basis
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals
