Job Description:

  • To handle client grievances escalated to 2nd and 3rd level of Grievance Handling channel over email
  • To have a Proper Root Cause Analysis for such cases.
  • To analyse the client complaints and look at any process gap and take initiative to fix the process
  • Knowledge in Equity / Futures and Options will be added advantage
