- To handle client grievances escalated to 2nd and 3rd level of Grievance Handling channel over email
- To have a Proper Root Cause Analysis for such cases.
- To analyse the client complaints and look at any process gap and take initiative to fix the process
- Knowledge in Equity / Futures and Options will be added advantage
