Job Responsibilities This is a full-time role for a Jr. System Engineer responsible for supporting and managing
24x7 remote IT support operations.
The key responsibilities include:
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including
identity management, MFA, and access policies.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application
management.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely
manner.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems
and application software.
• Support desktop management and endpoint device administration.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change management records.
• Monitor system performance and assist in identifying improvements for stability
and efficiency.
• Support 24x7 remote desktop support operations, ensuring seamless technical
assistance for end users.
