Job Description:

1. Reach Business goals through qualitative business, convert leads to business opportunities, negotiating terms to meet client requirements within the broad policy norms of the Bank and be the interface between the bank and the client for the retail segment
2. This is on roll fixed job with our company
3. This is a sales job and not branch operations job. Requires field work.
4. Will be required to generate business for designated branch in the assigned geography.
5. Sales of Current Account, Savings Account along with other bank products.
6. Responsibility of the AAM is to develop leads and get customers for liability products
7. Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned
