About Us
Company is a leading manufacturer of PTFE, PU & PVC Conveyor Belts, serving industries such as Food Processing, Textile, Packaging, Printing, and Engineering across India. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for an energetic, confident, and experienced Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Regularly follow up with customers to understand their requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries.
Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business.
Lead Generation
Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, IndiaMART, exhibitions, social media, and other marketing platforms.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
Client Visit & Business Development
Visit customers to understand their requirements.
Conduct product presentations and company introductions.
Build relationships with OEMs, dealers, and industrial customers.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and exhibitions.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication (spoken & written).
Gujarati speaking will be an added advantage.
Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
Self-motivated, confident, and willing to travel.
Qualification
Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA Marketing, or equivalent preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Relationship, Business Development, or Sales.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Engineering, Conveyor Belts, Textile, Packaging, or B2B Sales.
Comfortable with customer visits and relationship management.
Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New leads generated every month.
Customer visits completed.
Repeat customer engagement.
Customer satisfaction.
Sales opportunities created.
Visit reports submitted on time.
