Job Description:

• Preparation of Pre-Shipment Documentation such as Invoice & Packing List and Coordination with CHA for Custom Clearance
• Preparation of Post-Shipment Documentation such as Invoice & Packing List for submission to customers
• Coordination with shipping line, custom hose agents (CHA), freight forwarders for dispatch of goods
• Preparation & verification of documents for imports of raw materials
• Maintaining physical and digital records related to SCM, such as: Shipment Documentation, Sales Orders, Customer PO, Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading
• Preparation of Pro-Forma Invoice submission to customers and sending instruction to Production Plant for orders received
• Arrange international courier of samples with DHL, & Fedex to customers
