Job Description:

 Role Overview 

The Personal Secretary will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO. The role requires outstanding communication skills, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to manage complex schedules, confidential information, and domestic/international business engagements.

Key Responsibilities  

 1. Executive Support 

. Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings, appointments, and commitments.
. Organize and prioritize tasks to optimize the CEO’s time and productivity.
. Prepare briefing notes, agenda points, and follow-up actions for meetings.
. Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

 2. Travel & Business Visit Coordination 

. Plan, organize, and execute domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
.Coordinate logistics for business visits, conferences, events, and board engagements.
. Ensure all travel documentation, presentations, and materials are prepared in advance.

 3. Communication & Correspondence 

. Draft, review, and manage professional communication on behalf of the CEO.
. Maintain excellent communication channels with internal teams, board members, stakeholders, and external partners.
. Filter and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests.

 4. Meeting & Office Management 

. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, board committee sessions, and review discussions.
. Prepare presentations, reports, MIS briefs, and meeting minutes as required.
. Ensure effective coordination at the CEO’s desk, including financial slips, expense tracking, approvals, and documentation.

 5. Administrative & Operational Support 

. Oversee day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.
. Align and communicate key directives from the CEO to relevant departments and follow up for timely completion.
.Manage confidential records, documents, and files.

Required Skills & Qualifications  

*Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

Salary Criteria 
Compensation will be offered with a 30% to 40% hike from the candidate’s current CTC, based on skills and experience.
