  • Minimum 18 to 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

  • Experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations is mandatory.

Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Accounting and Finance

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities-

  • Handling complete end-to-end accounting activities
  • Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements
  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure
  • Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
  • Coordination with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities
  • Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis for management review
  • Monitoring cash flow, fund flow, and budgeting activities
  • Vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny
  • Handling payroll accounting entries and related compliance
  • Ensuring internal financial controls and process improvements
  • Supporting management in strategic financial planning and decision-making
  • Leading and mentoring finance/accounts team members 

Skills:

Required Skills-

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS, formulas, data analysis)
  • Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
