Role Overview
An Institutional RMS manages relationships with large clients such as corporates, mutual funds, insurance companies, banks, or other financial institutions. The focus is on client servicing, business development, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients
Business Development
Identify new opportunities and onboard institutional clients
Product Advisory
Offer solutions like equities, derivatives, fixed income, or treasury products
Trade & Execution Support
Coordinate with dealing desks to ensure smooth execution of large transactions
Market Insights
Provide research, reports, and actionable insights to clients
Revenue Generation
Achieve brokerage/fee income targets
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all transactions meet regulatory and internal guidelines
Skills:
