Job Description :

Objective: Bridge operations and invoicing by ensuring accurate, timely billing aligned with operational workflows, enhancing e>iciency and minimizing revenue leakage.


Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with operations to gather billing inputs and resolve discrepancies. • Streamline data from logistics, inventory, and oil & gas services to prepare precise invoices. • Monitor service agreements and ensure adherence to billing terms. • Develop and maintain processes linking field operations to the billing team. • Serve as the escalation point for complex billing issues.

Skills :

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. • 5+ years in billing, finance, or operational roles within logistics or oil & gas. 

• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system and invoicing tools. 
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, balancing detail with strategic oversight. 
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
