Job Description:

We are a Real Estate Platform which provides services in Facility Management, Project Management/Advisory and General Contracting services to various sectors. We have also ventured into Real Estate Development most recently. The role we are looking for shall cater to Project Management/Advisory and Real Estate Development vertical of the Company.

The key responsibilities of the candidate shall be as follows –

• Working on the Due Diligence assignments focusing on the review of construction cost, Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), Project schedule and construction status review. The candidate shall also be required to work on the project approvals and FSI/FAR area review on need basis.
• Working on the ongoing Project Monitoring assignments in terms of monitoring of project status, highlighting schedule over runs, budget over runs, project Sales and cash flow management.
• Review the construction safety processes on site, quality assurance and control.
• Assisting the Client in identifying all risk elements to the project and advice on managing those risks to minimise their impact on the project.
• Review and monitoring of the RERA compliances for all the projects.
• Be updated regarding any developments in the building regulations and trends of the markets we work in.
• Building process & policies internally.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
• To engage with clients on regular basis to ensure client satisfaction & delivery.
• The role may require deployment on site.
